Al Durham is a Customer Success Manager with Microsoft. He helps customers navigate the digital transformation journey and improve overall productivity in their business operations. Al has over 25 years of technical, business and people leadership experience that helps him guide customers through critical decision making processes as they make their way to the cloud.
@Dave Jennings (TEAMS)
Having been with Microsoft for 14 years, Dave is a Principal Program Manager within Teams Engineering focused on supporting Department of Defense and US Government customer mission needs through Teams. In part of Dave's tenure, he represented Microsoft achieving Joint Interoperability Command (JITC) certification supporting the stringent IT operational and security mission needs for the Joint Warfighter.
