@devandops There isn't a way to proxy HTTP/3 yet. Existing proxies worked for HTTP/2 using the CONNECT verb to establish a tunnel, the same as HTTPS in HTTP/1.x. However, proxies that inspect the HTTP traffic, like Fiddler, are acting as MiTM. So, they have to add support for ALPN and parsing HTTP/2...
