when we are build from Visual studio 2012 code behind infopath project for SharePoint Subscription Edition then we are getting this issue.

System.ValueTuple, Version=4.0.3.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=cc7b13ffcd2ddd51" which has a higher version "4.0.3.0" than the version "4.0.2.0

Environment Details -

Infopath - 2013
Visual Studio - 2012 to open Infopath cs cod
SharePoint Edition - SharePoint Subscription Edition.
