Assign the same line number to multiple users in Microsoft Teams
Hi is it possible to assign the same line number to multiple users in Microsoft Teams?
If it is possible, does every users that share the same number need a phone license? Thank you.

- Every user utilizing PSTN capabilities will need a Phone System license. But to utilize a common number you will need to look into call queue's.

And maybe a combo of callerID policies for outbound calls.

We used to use this to assign a caller ID for providers that would not accept a call if a user did not have a DID assigned. I can't find it now. Has that been replaced?
