Hi Everyone,
I'm a high school teacher using MS Teams with students, and have a couple of questions that I'm hoping can be answered:
- Does anyone know when the breakout room feature will be functional within an actual Team? Right now, it's only available when you generate a link to a meeting, rather than starting a meeting up within a Team. This is frustrating because many of us have created Teams for our classes (for security reasons), but then we don't have access to breakout rooms.
- If we do generate and share a link to a meeting (to have access to breakout rooms), then students still have access to the chat and can even re-start a meeting, even after we've ended it and if we're not there (this is problematic). A solution seems to be actually removing them all as participants (a pain, but fine) - except you can never remove the last student. Does anyone know why or how to fix this?
TIA,
Christina
