I need the "White Paper" on MS Teams Classrooms.

To Whom it May concern:

My IT Department is telling me that our school does not need MS TEAM's Classroom, because MS Teams already has everything an instructor needs to do their job. So, what are the advantages to MS TEAM's vs MS TEAMS Classroom? 

Please provide me with a "White Paper" or capability Paper on MS TEAM's Classroom.
