Microsoft Stream - Record Option no longer available under Create

I have been working on creating multiple streams and out of nowhere today the option to record is no longer showing under my +Create. All of my content still remains just no longer an available option.. have a number of deadlines to meet to have these trainings available by 9/13. Any help or assistance with who to contact would be great.
