Unable to watch videos

Hi,

 

I am trying to watch videos that my school posted for us to watch, but it says : 

Microsoft Stream
The authenticated user is not authorized to access this resource
 
and so I can't access my classes for school. How do I fix it ?

    Thank you for reaching out. Please notify your school Admin that you are unable to access the video and ask them to check if the permission for the video is set such that it allows you to have access.
