Meetings can be transcribed for you and you can download the file. It has to be enabled etc. but it’s possible. This article has a quick overview to get you started on how it works.

I sent this info to our IT guy and he will do some research.
I am not familiar with all the IT terminology.
I told him that I need the recording to be converted to a MS Word doc.
There are platforms like Sonix that charge 10$ per hour to do this.
Can I convert an MP4 file to a MS Word document?
