Cannot access video

So my teacher in Com 101 posted a recorded video of our impromptu speeches. Unfortunately the link posted by our teacher which routed me to another page has error message saying "Hmmm..it seems you don't have access". I message my professor and she said i need to use different browser which i tried and its giving me the same error message. Please help me thank you.

    I also get this message when I click the link in Stream's auto-generated email telling me an an internal colleague shared a video with me.

     

    "Hmm ... it seems you don't have access."

     

    ICT suggested the link expired, but I couldn't access the video on the same day it was sent.

     

    The colleague is now on annual leave and I need the video so she can't share it again. Frustrating.
