Restrict channel creation entirely

Hello,

I know it is possible to restrict company wide channel creation, however is it also possible to restrict channel creation within a specified group entirely? 

I would like to ensure only admins can manage the channel structure of the group.

Hi!

I think this is possible. As far as I remember it is the Allow Members to Contribute setting in the Group

If you turn this off for members of the group it means only the admin can add videos and channels to the group and makes that group read only to the members.
