Microsoft Stream Channel Cannot Be Found

Hi there,

We have been linking Video content to our teams channels for a while and all of a sudden we get a message "Channel could be found".

I go to Microsoft Stream. I remove the channel as a test (without saving), then try to add it back and it cannot find the just removed channel. The message received is "That channel could not be found".
