If we were to remove the Microsoft Stream for Office 365 E3 license via Entra admin center for most users as a "soft" shutdown of Stream (Classic), would redirects still work?
This would allow Stream (Classic) admins to clean up the service before the absolute end date of 4/15/2023.
To be clear, we don't want to use the Stream admin center checkbox to shut down Stream (Classic) as shown below.
