What exactly does the "private document" flag mean in a delve user profile?

Question

When I do a Delve search for someone, some documents have "private document" at the top.&nbsp; What exactly does that mean? For the person where I see this so far, the document is in a sharepoint document library that I do have access to since i'm a Site Collection Admin.&nbsp; It would be great if hovering over that described what it meant to allay any fears about its meaning.

Normally it would mean that the person who looks at it only can see it but since you are a SharePoint&nbsp;admin(i guess) it could be that you can look at the file.&nbsp;
