Tell us a little about yourself. What is your focus as an MVP and what do you do professionally?

“I’ve been an M365 apps and Services MVP since 2017, initially focusing on of SharePoint Portal Server 2003, later – as the products evolved, I moved to Office 365 and on to developing Office applications. I also focus on Windows and I’m therefore also a Windows Insider MVP. I work as a Manager at FUJISOFT INCORPORATED and promote the cloud to the customers in the Financial industry. Another role is a Tech Lead to help various IT architectures of web, database, and so on.”

Why is skilling important and why do you want to contribute to skilling the broader community?

“I have been sharing my knowledge through blogging on https://mitomoha.hatenablog.com/ to improve the skills of the broader community. I'm so happy that a lot of people find my contents valuable. I hope my community members learn new skills, expand their capabilities in business, and have more interaction opportunities with skillful people.

Using Microsoft’s official resource, Docs contents, is helpful to deliver accurate information and share the evidence of my information with the broader community. To be specific, I often check the latest updates and the retirement schedule of discontinue features.”

How do you share your knowledge when skilling people?

“I’m blogging every day and sharing something about Microsoft 365 and Windows. I know sharing my knowledge empowers my community members to learn further, therefore, I’m writing blog articles every single day.

Now I’m interested in Microsoft 365 Copilot and really looking forward to trying it once its localized service is launched. As a dual awardee of Microsoft MVP and Windows Insider MVP, I would like to continue to work on providing helpful information of the whole Microsoft 365 for the Windows and Microsoft 365 users.”
