I'm working through the Data Engineer Associate program at

In the program, exercises begin by showing steps for provisioning an Azure Synapse Analytics workspace using a PowerShell script and an ARM template.
In the modules titled "Manage and monitor data warehouse activities in Azure Synapse Analytics" and "Analyze and optimize data warehouse storage in Azure Synapse Analytics", the exercises do not show steps for provisioning an Azure Synapse Analytics workspace. The exercises in these modules refer to a "SQLPool01" database and to a "Lab 08 - Execute Data Analyst and CEO Queries" pipeline.
Would you kindly signpost me to any scripts or templates with which I may provision the databases and pipelines refered to in these exercises please?
