Trouble Install ARR 3(Application Request Routing) in IIS

Hi Everyone, I like to do Reverse Proxy in IIS.

I already install URL ReWrite. Upon selecting Reverse Proxy, It said need ARR to be installed.

My server is Windows Server 2016, IIS 10.

I had try install on the website via IIS.net and WPI, but no luck..

on .msi file, it said "installation ended prematurely because of an error". I have dive into the internet and try install ARR 2.5 but it cannot.

Note I replace my log in user as [user].

Is there anything that I can do ?
