List IIS FTP Virtual Directories

Have inherited an IIS server that is providing FTP functionality to multiple network locations. I am trying to pull a list of all the FTP site virtual directories and the logical directories they are mapped to. I know I can go through each one manually to pull these details but there are hundreds of them and that would take a while. Looking for a way to pull via PS or other scripting if possible. Any recommendations are appreciated.
