I want to run free business web applications in PHP on Microsoft IIS

Hello. I do not know where to begin searching for software like Open Pro ERP, it is a web application in PHP that runs on IIS. Is there such a thing as free web applications in PHP that are made for IIS? I am looking for inventory management but am also interested in using Microsoft Excell as a self-deployable web application that is also for warehouse management. Thanks.
