Microsoft Entra Cloud Sync agent shows as connected, but users aren't syncing.

Hi everyone, Yesterday, I was trying to migrate from Microsoft Entra Connect Sync to Cloud Sync and ran into a strange issue. My existing Entra Connect Sync is working fine, and users are syncing to Entra ID without any problems. I installed the Cloud Sync provisioning agent on my on-premises domain controller, and the agent shows as Connected in the Entra admin center. However, Cloud Sync isn't syncing any users. I'm a bit confused because the agent looks healthy, but the actual synchronization doesn't seem to be happening. Has anyone faced a similar issue during migration? A few things I'm trying to figure out: - Can the agent show as connected even if the provisioning configuration isn't working properly? - What should I check first: the configuration status, OU filtering, or provisioning logs? - Could the existing Entra Connect Sync configuration be affecting Cloud Sync while both are in place? - Is there anything specific I should check before moving completely to Cloud Sync? I'd appreciate any suggestions or insights from those who have worked with similar migration scenarios. Thanks! 🙂
