I was hoping to get some input regarding possibly deploying Azure AD Cloud for our organization. Basically we just need SSO and self-service password management. We have about 40 users (mostly just one PC each) and Office 365 Business Premium. We will be providing the laptops with Windows 10 Pro to all users. Will Azure AD Cloud Free version be enough for us for right now?

@Dean_Gross thank you. Yes, all of our users are in the cloud and we do not have any on-premises AD.

Sure, if all accounts are in the cloud

Just to clarify that if you are using O365, you get a "special" version of Azure AD with some additional features enabled, compared to the vanilla Free edition. Detailed comparisson can be found here: https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/documentation/articles/active-directory-editions/

or you can see the feature compartison here and decide what's the best for you: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/cloud-platform/azure-active-directory-features

As i said in another comment you can check the editions of Azure AD and what you get with Office 365 here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/cloud-platform/azure-active-directory-features
The only thing that is missing from the free/special Azure AD for Office 365 and you might need is "Self-Service Password Reset" for cloud users (which will need Azure AD Basic licenses) and of course conditional access/MFA
