Dynamics AAD ID

Hello,

I´ve created a simple Teams App with App Studio and some URLs.

However the CRM Dynamics links from my enviroment are not loading, but the SharePoint Links are working with this solution: https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/microsoft-teams/custom-teams-app-works-in-browser-app-but-not...

I would like to try it out also for Dynamics but I don´t have the AAD app ID for Dynamics. Is there any possibility so get this ID? 

Which URLs are also needed to get a respone?

@belasor You can get the App ID from this Azure Portal https://portal.azure.com/#blade/Microsoft_AAD_IAM/StartboardApplicationsMenuBlade/AllApps/menuId/

Unfortunately not the correct one.
The solution was to grab the ID over Fiddler e.g.

In this case the ID is: 00000003-0000-0000-c000-000000000000
