Does Entra ID provide certificates (and allow signatures)?

We create PowerShell scripts for our users. We want to sign them so that our users can activate them with confidence.
Does Microsoft Entra ID (P1 licence) allow us to create certificates for our organization and for script authors?

No, at least not currently. You will need a "traditional" AD certificate authority, or leverage third parties.
