Outdated version of the MDE Sense agent

How do you update the MSSense.exe to latest product version? I have two endpoints (Windows 10) that are still on 10.8471 after offboarding an onboarding. Also, nothing from manual update http://Update for Microsoft Defender for Endpoint - KB5005292

For what I have researched, It should update via windows update but a off/onboard should update to 10.8700 too. Is there a way to install the latest MSSense.exe?
