I feel as if I have exhausted all other options so I'm reaching out to the community to see if anyone has had a similar problem.
I have onboarded the servers / workstations properly and they are showing up in the Microsoft 365 Defender Portal under Assets > Devices. However, when I click Endpoints > Configuration management > Device configuration and click on +Add under firewall to create a rule to disable firewalls for servers, there are no devices in the inventory.
As of now my team is unsure if its a licensing issue, an onboarding issue or something else. We have purchased an Intune license to see if that would help and it did not.
Basically we just want to know why our devices aren't showing up under the device configuration?
Any one who can point me in the right direction or has some insight on my issue is greatly appreciated.
