I HATE this SOFTWARE - how do I get rid of it????
This defender software is a COMPLETE AND TOTAL PAIN IN MY you-know-what... I have tried to safe list domains - and STILL it continues to quarantine messages. I NEED THESE EMAILS in a timely mann...

I’m not affiliated with Microsoft, but I’m a fellow user who likes to help the community. Did you manage to look at the Quarantine section on security.microsoft.com to see what is the root cause of these emails being quarantined?
Ambarish RH - the screenshot you are showing is where I have been going to safe list and release the emails. I have one email with an attachment from my water company and I've asked for it to be released at least 6 times - and it's still sitting in quarantine. I was able to finally just download the attachment - which is what I needed... and I really needed it in a timely manner... my water company did what they needed to do for me very quickly...and then I had to go hunting for the email - just to make sure - before I called them back... incredibly frustrating
