Microsoft Defender - adding an exception query

Hi 

What is the best way to allow the below folder path as an exception? This will need to be done for all users profiles.

C:\Users\JoeBloggs\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Inetcache\Content.MSO\A3C1804.tmp->xl/vbaProject.bin (this currently getting blocked)

The temp folder also changes as well.

Would this be the best way to allow this folder?
