Hi Peter, have you noticed any network performance downgrade on 3rd party browsers after upgrading to 4.18.23050.5?
It seems that the first access to the site from 3rd party browsers is slower from my tesitng.

I couldn't say. I only installed chrome to test the issue for customers.
