We discovered Friday that many emails were quarantined properly but released when they shouldn't have been. The same mailbox released all the emails. I have tried looking up the GUID but there are no results. It seems like some process but I am not sure what it would be. I opened a support ticket Friday, but I haven't heard from Microsoft. Is anyone else having this issue? Thanks!
