Currently, I'm evaluating Microsoft Defender ATP and some of our concern on the Microsoft Respond on Inquiries when there is incidents occurred.
1. Does Microsoft Threat Expert required additional License or Subscription if we already have E5 license.
2. Is Microsoft Threat Experts available 24/7/365 to Monitor and support?
3. Can contact by Telephone in case of emergency? What is the nature of communication between Customer and Microsoft Threat Experts team?
4. How quickly Microsoft Threat Experts respond after Contacted? within an 1 hours or minutes?
5. Can we inquiry on alerts such as false , positive alerts or detection? How fast Microsoft Threat Expert team respond to the questions or inquiries?
