Assuming that you run Windows 10 Enterprise managed by your IT department.
You can check if your administrator has enabled Microsoft Defender ATP on your device by checking the Windows Registry:
Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows Advanced Threat Protection\Status if you see OnboardingState = 1, then you are most likely onboarded in MDATP, you can also check the state of the service 'Sense' if its running then again you are most likely protected by MDATP.
