Application Guard - Enabling for Microsoft Edge Only

I'm currently testing out deploying App Guard for Edge in a test lab, but it's not working, as in not installing on the device when I check under Isolated Browsing.

The policy is assigned to test devices via a dynamic security group (the devices are in the group).

Deployment via Intune

Windows 11Enterprise VM

Is there something fundamental I'm missing or is this a bug?
