Show activity of High volume app

From time to time we receive alerts of new high volume apps. Most of the time those alerts are Microsoft services. Recently, there was an alert that Github became a high volume app. Normally, not an issue, but with Github I wanted to dig deeper, as any kind of content could be downloaded from there. I tried to show detailed activity of our users with the Github app, but wasn't able to find it. I can only see activity of connected apps in Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps. How can I find the activity with Github?
