Regulatory compliance standards

IN MDC ,we Currently we monitoring 14 subscriptions out of 24 , how to add remaining subscriptions to MDC standards

1) My main Query is how can we know in MDC they can add any new  subscription.

2) There is any process to if they add any new subscription it can be follow existing standards . 

plz suggest me about this

If you apply the standards to a Management Group containing all subscriptions, then these will inherit the applied standards. More information: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/defender-for-cloud/management-groups-roles.
