Recommendations for non-existent resources

Why do I see recommendations like the following when I don't have these resources in the tenant? :

• Microsoft Defender for SQL servers on machines should be enabled and 
• Microsoft Defender for open-source relational databases should be enabled

to make sure once you have these resources, they are protected right away.
