We use CAS-Proxy for all our APPS. but we are facing a problem.
Quick Assist does not work.
Something went wrong
Try to log in again.
If this problem persists, contact your system administrator.

Hi @BlackFox ,
Are you talking about the Windows remote assistance ?
Cloud app Security reverse proxy if for web clients only so I believe this is the reason you have an issue.
