Policy with no alert
Need help, created an CAS Alert for multiple download files. I tested on single user and performed the download to test if alert will trigger. but no alerts was created. When I checked policy matches there is a match activity.. Any reason why it has no alert? despite of matches.

ItsMeMichael Are you using the built in policy or an activity policy? Could you provide a screenshot of your policy configuration?
