Continuous export now includes attack path data!
Attack path data can now be exported to Azure Monitor, Azure Event Hubs or any SIEM tool like Microsoft Sentinel. Along with attack path data, you can choose to export security recommendations, their severity and findings, secure scores, security alerts, and regulatory compliance. Learn more about continuous export here.
In this blog post we announce enhancements to Defender CSPM including new features like risk prioritization, automatic discovery of business-critical workloads, agentless container posture capabilities in AWS and GCP and the release of more Regulatory Compliance standards.

Based on customer feedback, CxE created a new PowerShell script with improved logic for estimating – at the resource level – Defender for Storage V1 and V2 costs in our GitHub repo.
  • The improved logic helps it to be faster and give more accurate estimations based on the las 30-days of usage.
  • Added visual step-by-step on how to run the script.
Modified the Readme file to explain how the script works (parameters used, how it loops across subscriptions in scope, what the output CSV file looks like and what information it brings). This helps users understand it and customize it to their needs.
Discover how other organizations successfully use Microsoft Defender for Cloud to protect their cloud workloads. This month we are featuring Körber – a leading international technology group – that uses Microsoft security solutions, including Defender for Cloud, to secure their environment.
