MCAS and Salesforce Mobile App Sign Ins not working with session control

ive setup MCAS and some session policies to restrict copy and paste on mobile devices.  This works if I use a browser on a mobile device, but most of my users will use the Salesforce app instead.  When signing into that I dont get anything applies and it shows as a bypass session control on the Activity Log.

Is there a way to get app logs to work with MCAS ?
