Microsoft Ignite 2023 introduced the next step in the journey with our Copilot products. Sales Copilot has changed to bring the power of Copilot for Microsoft 365 and role specific insights and actions together under a new offering called Microsoft Copilot for Sales. On February 1, 2024, we released Copilot for Sales, the future sales product showcasing how Copilot capabilities work better together across your productivity apps.
As part of this effort, we are excited to bring several user experience improvements to our product. This article discusses some of the changes you'll see.
First, we're excited to announce that we're merging the Highlights and CRM tabs into a single unified view so sellers can access relevant CRM data grouped together to provide a full picture right in the flow of their work!
In Microsoft Outlook, sellers who have the new Copilot for Sales license will see email summary and generate reply integrated into the Outlook canvas as part of the Microsoft 365 Copilot experience.
In Microsoft Teams, sellers with the new Copilot for Sales license will be able to use the power of Copilot chat enriched with sales capabilities such as opportunity summary generation using CRM data and in-meeting brand analysis.
Additionally, Copilot for Sales users will soon experience new features in Microsoft 365 apps like Word, PowerPoint, and OneNote. Use the resource links below to stay connected with us and learn when new features are released.
