Is it possible to change te permissions  for guests to read-only in GROUPS?

Er, no...you might need to invite directly those guest users in the SharePoint Group Site and configure permissions as required

Too bad, I want guests to be able to read only in the whole group. Maybe I wil post this in UserVoice?

Today guests get limited access to group resources they dont have access to group in Outlook.  For SPO you can have read-only access to SPO site but its not trivial. I take your request and keep that in our mind during planning.

I'm sure how you can do this.
-Go to the team site and click Site permissions.
-Then invite people and then choose Share site only.
-Select the persons or type the address of an external person.
-If this person has been added, you can later adjust the rights to read only
