OneNote Syncing issues

Hi all, 

I have a problem with a few files in onedrive. At first, the files couldn't be opened from my ipad, desktop, nor the web onedrive. I tried to sync from the ipad and from the desktop without any luck. Reading through some not very helpful suggestions online, I just decided to delete the files. Now I've deleted the files through my desktop, synced successfully, but they still show up on my ipad and web onedrive. I am unable to delete the files from the web onedrive and the ipad still fails to sync. 

I used to use OneNote everyday and now I can't even access it, so this is starting to get very frustrating. Please help!
