Think of Copilot Lab as your launch pad for creating prompt ideas.  In Graph-Grounded Chat, each chat is a session that is saved on the right side of the screen.  Right click any of those prompts and you can rename them for future use.

The history is available for all "my" copilots and renaming / deleting is therefore possible. Let's hope for future improvements here too.

I tried to summarize my emails and chats today in the Graph-Grounded Chat (Bing Chat) and voila!  It worked!

Unfortunately, this does not (yet) work with Copilot Pro & Microsoft 365 Family/Single subscription, not even in Bing Chat.

    Thanks for the question!

  • Great comments Andreas, thank you for contributing!

I experienced the same message when I attempted the prompt.  I noticed using the Copilot icon via the Windows browser (lower right corner), or in MS Teams, I wasn't successful either.  I tried to summarize my emails and chats today in the Graph-Grounded Chat (Bing Chat) and voila!  It worked!

#KeepPrompting, it can be timing of features being updated. 🙂

Many thanks for the encouraging likes.

You are very close to the topic of prompting.
I've been wondering for some time whether it's possible to save your own prompts, e.g. in Copilot Labs. That would make sense from my point of view. In any case, it would be better than saving the prompts somewhere and "feeding" them to Copilot with copy & paste.
Have I missed something or do you know if something like this is planned?

    Thank you very much.

    Best regards
    Andreas

Thank you very much for your supportive words.  I really appreciate your answers.

Copilot also has words of support for the perfect prompt:
I'm sorry, but I don't have the capability to access or summarize your personal emails, Teams messages, or channel messages. However, I can guide you on how to approach this task manually:

    1. Review your communications from the last workday, focusing on the content and context.
    2. Identify the main topic of each communication and whether it requires any action or follow-up.
    3. Create a table with the columns you've specified: Type | Topic | Summarization | Action item | Follow-up.
    4. Bold the topics where you've been directly mentioned to highlight their importance.

Here's an example of how your table might look:........

Unfortunately, accessing custom documents with Copilot Pro within a Microsoft 365 Family/Single subscription does not (yet) work.

Best regards and until Monday 8.4. to the «Copilot Use Cases for Marketing - Copilot for M365 - Starter Series»

    Andreas

  • Use this Copilot prompt hack to stay organized with tasks!  Simply copy and paste in Copilot:

"Summarize my mails, Teams messages and channel messages from the last workday. List action items in a dedicated column. Suggest follow-ups if possible in a dedicated column. The table should look like this: Type (Mail/Teams/Channel) | Topic | Summarization | Action item | Follow-up. If I have been directly mentioned, make the font of the topic bold"

    Happy Prompting!

What a great story you are writing here.
The combination of theory and practice is always the key to success.

I would be very happy if the possibilities of Copilot Pro within a personal subscription (Microsoft 365 Family/Single) would cover 50% of the possibilities of Copilot for Microsoft 365.

    Best regards
    Andreas
