TLDR: ISSUE IS RESOLVED

 

March 5, 2020 1:08 PM: HDC was notified of service failures earlier this morning. We have investigated, and are actively working on getting things back on track. Our best understanding at present is that the impact is only to the ability to create new submissions. We have not seen an impact to publishing related functionality.

 

March 5, 2020 3:09 PM: This issue is now closed. All HDC services have been restored.
