Oct is when we expect to send the Message Center post. Then, reporting in Nov, throttling in Dec, and blocking in Jan. Exchange 2013 is no longer supported, so all versions will be blocked eventually (but we'll start with hybrid customers who use an OnPremises inbound connector).
