5 TopicsNo Teams option for location when using 'Book with Me'
I've been trying to leverage the functionality of the 'Book with Me' part of Bookings, but for some reason I don't have the ability to make my Booking link a Teams meeting: However, all of my co-workers have the option, so I suspect there is a setting somewhere that I have disabled to create Teams meetings on my account - unfortunately, I do not know where to find it! Being pointed in the correct direction would be greatly appreciated!1.4KViews1like6CommentsHiding Bookings Email from GAL?
Multiple staff members have created BOOKINGS calendars with names very similar to their "regular, primary" email addresses - and other staff are mistakenly grabbing the BOOKINGS address, rather than their primary address, from the GAL. I know that the BOOKINGS email addresses can be hidden from the GAL - but are there any functional ramifications to hiding a BOOKINGS email address, such that it's not a good idea to hide them? (i.e. reminders or other automated processes don't work as expected? Bookings calendar not visible somewhere that it should be? Bookings appointments don't flow into user's Outlook as expected? etc.?) Thanks in advance for any thoughts or suggestions.1.5KViews1like0CommentsAppointments with multiple people
We have a team set up for bookings and would like the ability for someone to choose an appointment with everyone, along with being able to choose individuals. I did set up a group in Outlook to include all members and have added the group email address to our bookings, but only allows it as a guest and doesn't allow me to choose to see availability (even after I created a calendar through the group). Looking for suggestions on how to make this process efficient for our small group of 4 people when someone needs to meet with all of us. Any helpful tips and tricks are appreciated...we're new to the program and willing to learn!1.2KViews2likes1CommentBookings Calendars showing in Teams
We are having an issue where Bookings calendars are showing up in Microsoft Teams when you are adding a person to a Team. It's confusing to the end users because if the Bookings calendar has a similar name to the person they are trying to add I can see them picking the wrong one. We need a way to hide these from Teams. We are already setting them to be hidden from the GAL in EXOPS by doing this for each mailbox after they are created.
