As of today, calendar invites aren't deleting from staff calendar after appointment is moved to another or their name is dropped. Previously when we would drop the staff's name, the student would go over to "no staff" and we would capture there. Now that does not happen. It will initially move, but then revert back to original staff. If we move to another staff member, the calendar will continue to say busy but it will move. The issue is now that person with the original appointment still has it on their calendar. This is the first time we have see this and have not previously had errors. When we export the appointments they only show the one example when moved to another staff. But we are not able to get over to the no staff column anymore without it reverting back. Is something down with the booking tool? What else could it be? I have tried in multiple calendars and gotten the same result. Hello, I was a previous admin of this booking service but I have transition to a different area so I had to assign a new admin and remove myself. I still continue to get email notification when someone books an appointment. The new admin confirmed I am no longer a part of the booking. Is there anything else we need to look into? I have an issue with my "Personal Booking Page". It does not show my personal profile but rather a specific group booking page I created in the past, linked to that group email address instead of mine. Is there any way to reset it to be my own profile?526Views0likes0Comments
