Questions about managing office 365 services
Hi Community, One of our customer raised the below query: What are the best practices/best approaches to centrally administer/managing these apps (Teams/Onedrive/SharePointOnline) on their environment internally and also best practices for Data Security ? Basically administrators should have a complete visibility around what groups/ team sites/ OneDrive folders people are creating. What happens to these when the user who creates these leaves or his/her account gets deleted? How do we manage the permissions? How do we prevent silos of information? Especially that a Teams group creates an O365 group (and an email address in the backend), how do we ensure this doesn’t clash with their existing DL’s and how do we get control over these groups? Any pointers would be of great help. Many thanks in advance!!
