Microsoft partner blocked me for creating support tickets with microsoft tech support
I procure business premium license for my new tenant through a Microsoft partner in india. All of sudden I can see I am unable to raise a ticket with microsoft tech support as partner has blocked me.
Now, more shocking part is.. I can see that partner started charging for every ticket I raised through them. Need help in this issue..
Microsoft does not charge for support.. why should I pay partner to support ticket..?
Moreover, they tech support is worst , its impacting my business, and sometime I can't raise ticket with microsoft directly as my option has been blocked. Please suggest

If you are not happy with your current partner then you can remove the Partner relationship in Microsoft 365 admin center. But it's better when you have a win-win situation with the current partner and talk with him about the misunderstandings and the costs.
Please check in the Microsoft 365 admin center unter https://admin.microsoft.com that your current partner are listed unter Settings > Partner relationsips. On this place you can also remove the relationship. Please talk before with the partner.
