I'm having an issue I could use some help with. I updated my OnPrem Exchange 2019 servers from CU 13 to CU 14. Since the update, I have some users that when using Webmail and try to print their calendar, the print box doesn't show up.
Open Webmail, click top left, click calendar, then Print, then choose Print detailed agenda and calendar. Now click on Print. Nothing else happens. If you use Developer Tools in Chrome, you'll see an error after you click the Print button.
Error is:
Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'mozilla')
at printElement (printelement.js:2:480)
at HTMLAnchorElement.onclick (owa/:1:1)
I had two Exchange servers I didn't patch yet, and if I move the mailboxes or the databases from the patched servers to the unpatched servers, it all works and you can print.
I've search all over for an answer and even disable the new Extended Protection and still no luck.
Anyone else see the same or have an idea?
